In yesterday’s Coffee Talk, we discussed the games we loved in the first half of 2010. It really is remarkable that so many excellent games have been released already. The problem is that it’s really hard to play all the great ones. Today I want to know what awesome 2010 releases are in your gaming backlog.
My backlog is ridiculously high. I started a few of these games, but didn’t get very far. Some of them are still shrink wrapped. Here my list: BioShock 2, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mass Effect 2, God of War III, and MLB 10 The Show. Sadly, I don’t know when I’ll get to these fine titles. My weekend playlist is full and I promised a friend (and myself) that I’d get around to completing Blue Dragon this year. *sigh* Priorities.

My backlog consists of ff13, uncharted 2, batman: aa, and the metroid prime trilogy.

you know he may say some racist things but he's directed pretty good movies and in the languages of that time (passion of christ and apocalypto). People arent perfect and hes done this several times but you figure he wouldve learned by now.

i dont want him to leave; hes so hilarious. My gf and i were discussing who they would reppace him with and i came up with ricky gervais. Idk if the uk version of the office is still going on or not but it would be pretty funny to me.

I don't care to be honest. Jamie Foxx and Kanye West don't strike me as any different but they get work.

It's confirmed, Vince Young is a boy and not a man. First he didn't want to play because he got booed and now he hits a guy at a strip club because the guy was mocking Texas Tech. Grow up. Someone got shot at a party where Mike Vick was attending but he wasn't involved and he wasn't even there when the shooting occurred. He was smart enough to sense trouble and leave. Leave the man alone, he's suffered enough.

Actually I don't have much of a backlog. It's pretty much just Alan Wake, this year's FIFA World Cup game, Price of Persia and Transformers: War for Cybertron. All of these are games I'd LIKE to play, but nothing I'm DYING to play. Considering this summer is a bit slow for games I'm really interested in outside of the two football titles, I'm sure I'll have time to catch up.

FFXIII and UFC 2010 are on the back burner for me right now.
I'm getting flamed on GigaOm because I said I wasn't nice to bad baristas. It's pretty hilarious. People are resorting to personal attacks because I choose not to be nice to people that offer bad service. It's not like I'm being rude either. My favorite part is that people are actually coming to my site from that story. Increase my traffic. That'll show me!

I would like to play Bad Company 2 sometime. Maybe some year I will actually play the Mass Effect series, but we will see. That's about it that I can think of.

Backlog- AC II, Ratchet&Clank:ACIT, DragonAge, Bioshock2, BFBC2 (single player), RDR, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Batman:AA GOTY edition, SplitSecond, HR, GOWIII…plus I've bought some games recently that came out last year, Demon's Souls among them. I expect to finish that one when I'm in my, say, sixties?
I (finally) started working again a little over a month ago, but on second shift. That's not helping my gaming at all. Good for the wallet though! Happy Fourth everybody!

So I just turned on my xbox and the damn wireless adapter just surpassed the 1 year mark and is dead. I am not going to replace it for $100. I'm just gonna drag an ethernet cable across the hall and into my cave.
These damn things should be $30 tops. I see plenty of G usb for $30. Why does the MS one cost $100????

Yeah… I still have a lot of backlogged titles to go through. (Mostly because I'm renting right now for financial reasons and Gamefly is slow to get availability.) FFXIII, Batman:AA, Resonance of Fate, Neir, Alan Wake, Singularity, Crackdown 2, Pokemon Silver, Cryostasis, Last Remnant, N3, N3II, and just going to stop here. Actually, I need to finish Resonance of Fate so I can send it back to GF and start clearing out some of my backlog…. but SCIV is so gooood….
So Apple just screwed me out of more money…I tried to play some music out of my $100 iHome, and now that I have iOS 4 it says it is not compatible and it won't play sound through it. It will still charge, but it will not play so far. I'm not too happy about this one at all.
@bsukenyan You should take that up with SDI. It's their responsibility, not Apple's.
The Lesnar/Carwin fight was pretty cool. Any thoughts?

Carwin def took it to him in the first round, but his conditioning seemed very poor because he couldn't score the knockout nor could he match that same intensity again in the fight.
I was most surprised that Brock won by submission though.
About Brock though, he looked in much better shape than last time I saw him. His muscle tone and everything was in just better overall shape. It looks very much like he came prepared. Gratz Brock.
